Filomeno & Company welcomes Kathy Athorne, CPA

WEST HARTFORD – Filomeno & Company, a proactive CPA and business advisory firm, is pleased to welcome Kathy Athorne, CPA, to its team.

Athorne brings ten years experience to the firm’s audit practice. Most recently, Athorne served as a CPA at a Hartford area firm where she was responsible for accounting and general taxation, financial statement reporting, consulting, accounting policies and procedures, training and supervision, budgeting, scheduling and business process improvements.

Athorne is a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants and has served as Treasurer for the Rockville Community Alliance since 2006. She resides in Vernon with her husband, Marc.
